The Pull Up Individual Case

We offer you a system with which you can put together a case that exactly meets your needs and requirements. Whether you are a photographer, stylist, sales representative or hobbyist - we provide you with the right tools for transporting your utensils.

You have products of different sizes?

No problem. With our Individual-tray you can easily produce customized tableaus yourself. All you need is a sharp knife and a tape measure, so you can mark out the desired sections in the tray and you have a custom-made tray. Of course, you can change and add sections at any time - making the tray particularly flexible.

Raster foam

Some products require particularly gentle transport and must be fixed in the tray to prevent damage from shocks and movements. For this purpose you can line the trays with grid foam.

Now you have the frame and can place the products in the empty tray and measure at which positions and in which length further inserts are needed.

Each of our trays is available in two different sizes.
Choose between 5 cm or 10 cm tableau height. 

How our trays work

Our trays consist of a base with two firmly connected side parts and two further side parts which are fixed with the help of clamps. You can arrange the further division according to your requirements. You can either create sections which are separated with inserts or fix your products with a grid foam cut.

Assembly

To assemble our trays you only need a sharp knife and our clamps. We show you step by step how to proceed:  

Fix frame

First open the two wings, place the matching blanks between the two wings and fix them with 2 staples

Create rough layout

Now you have the frame and can place the products in the empty tray and measure at which positions and in which length the inserts are needed

Cutting inserts

Now cut the sockets with the help of a carpet knife on a stable surface

Fixing the plug-in inserts

Now fix the sockets at the desired positions with the clamps

Classification with foam panels

Fix frame

First fix the frame as described above

Inserting the grid foam

Fill the tray with foam

Create layout

Create a rough layout as described above

Detach the grid foam

Now carefully cut out the foam blocks by hand
