Thanks to modern water jet cutting technology, we adapt the trays precisely to your products – whether watches, lenses, technology, or special shapes. Delicate cutouts are also possible – and with the highest precision.

You decide: preferably with grid foam for flexible adjustment or a firm foam, exactly according to your product. Each tray is made to order – so that everything fits, is securely protected, and looks professional.

Do you have products of different sizes?

With our custom boards, you design your compartments exactly as you wish. Simply cut, adjust, and flexibly expand – for tailor-made presentations.
For larger quantities, individually made boards tailored to your needs are of course also possible.

Camera accessories require particularly gentle transport and must be fixed in the tray
to avoid damage from shocks and movements. For this, you can line the trays with grid foam. We use grid foam in thicknesses of 2.5 cm
and 5 cm.

and measure at which positions and in what length

Assembly

To assemble our tableaux, you only need a sharp knife and our clips. We show you step by step how to proceed: 

  • Fix frame

    First, open the two wings, place the matching cutouts between the two wings, and secure them with 2 clips

  • Create rough layout

    Now you have the frame and can place the products in the empty tableau and measure at which positions and in what length the track inserts are needed

  • Insert bits cut

    Now cut the track inserts with the help of a utility knife on a stable surface

  • Fix insert bits

    Now fix the inserts at the desired positions with the clamps

Classification with foam boards

  • Fix frame

    First fix the frame as described before

  • Insert foam padding

    Fill table with grid foam

  • Create layout

    Create a rough layout as previously described

  • Remove raster foam

    Now carefully cut out the grid foam blocks by hand
