The pull-up camera and sample cases set new standards in functionality and presentation. At their core are the modular trays, which can be customized precisely to your products and requirements—ideal for watches, jewelry, technology, or custom-made items.

Each tray is divided into compartments that can be adjusted flexibly or completely redesigned. Whether delicate lenses, larger objectives, or unique individual pieces—with just a few simple steps, you can create a custom interior. Structured inserts ensure organization and clarity—perfect for professional client meetings or mobile consultations.

For particularly sensitive products, trays with grid foam are available. These can be individually cut out, ensuring that even irregularly shaped products—such as lenses, camera bodies, or technical devices—are securely held in place and protected. This turns every tray into a precisely tailored support for your goods.

The pull-up mechanism allows the folding rack to be elegantly lifted out of the case interior with a single movement—your trays are immediately visible and presented optimally. No unpacking, no lengthy searching—just set it up and present.

Always well organized & 100% protected

With the dividers and clips, the trays can be arranged easily
according to your preferences. Lenses and cameras are best stored in the tall trays (10.5 cm). Small and lightweight
items go in the shallow trays (5.5 cm). By clearly separating your
equipment, everything stays organized and easy to access. If your
equipment changes, you can quickly adjust the compartments.

Grid foam

Camera accessories require especially careful transport and must be secured in the tray
to prevent damage caused by jolts and movement. To do this, you can line the trays with pick-and-pluck foam. We use pick-and-pluck foam in thicknesses of 2.5 cm
and 5 cm.

Now you have the frame and can place the products in the empty tray and measure at which positions and in what lengths additional plug-in inserts are needed.

How our dashboards work

Our trays consist of a base with two permanently attached side panels, plus two additional side panels that are secured with clips. You can configure the rest of the layout according to your requirements. Either create sections separated by plug-in dividers or secure your products with a grid foam insert.

Assembly

To assemble our boards, you only need a sharp knife and our clips. We’ll show you step by step how to proceed:

  • Fix frame

    First unfold both flaps, place the matching cutouts between them, and secure them with 2 clips.

  • Create a rough layout

    Now you have the frame and can place the products in the empty layout and measure the positions and lengths required for the plug-in inserts.

  • Cutting insert sockets

    Now cut the plug-in inserts to size using a utility knife on a stable surface.

  • Secure plug-in inserts

    Now secure the plug-in inserts in the desired positions with the clips

Compartmentalization with foam boards

  • Fix frame

    First fold out the two flaps, place the matching cutouts between the two flaps, and secure them with 2 clips

  • Create a rough layout

    Now you have the frame and can place the products on the empty
    board and measure at which positions and in what lengths the plug-in inserts are needed

  • Cutting insert sockets

    Now use a utility knife on a stable
    surface to cut the plug-in inserts to size.

  • Socket insert

    Now secure the plug-in inserts in the desired positions with
    the clips.
